Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
Eligibility: Item must be unused and in the same condition the customer received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Clothing Exchange Policy:

Clothing must be in its original packaging. Size exchanges only. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items.

Fishing Lures: 

We do not offer returns. HOWEVER - Contact customer service.

All returns and exchanges will be done via email with customer service. We do not guarantee receipt of any returned items. All returns and exchanges require a receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend a tracking number be provided for any item(s) returned to Vivid Fishing Co. LLC.
